I have just placed an order. Can I cancel or change it?

Yes — but only if we haven’t processed or dispatched it yet. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp, email, or phone to request a change or cancellation. Once it’s shipped, it will need to follow our normal return process.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, Amnicron operates online with local delivery across South Africa. We do offer collection options by request.

Can I request a quotation before ordering?

Absolutely. Email us at quotes@amnicron.co.za and we’ll send a formal quote with VAT breakdown.

 

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Not for general orders. However, for branded or bulk items, we do require a minimum — typically 10+ units.

How can I contact support?

You can reach us via WhatsApp, landline, or email. We respond within 1 business day.

Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save details, and reorder faster.

How do I choose the right size for overalls or boots?

Check the size chart on each product page. We use SA sizing and recommend sizing up if you’ll wear layers underneath.

Are your safety boots SABS approved?

Yes, our boots from brands like Bova, Rebel, and Wayne meet SABS/SANS and international safety certifications.

Is branding (embroidery/print) available?

Yes! We offer branded clothing for teams and companies. Contact us for a quote and turnaround time.

Can I request a sample item before bulk ordering?

Yes, sample orders are allowed. You’ll be charged for the item, but we’ll credit you if you place a bulk order.

Are the product images 100% accurate?

Images are professionally taken, but lighting, screen settings, or batch variations may cause minor differences.

What does ‘Amnicron Label’ mean?

Our in-house Amnicron Label offers affordable, high-quality workwear ideal for branding and bulk corporate use.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, PayFast, and SnapScan. No cash-on-delivery at this time.

Is my payment secure?

Yes — all transactions are encrypted and handled through trusted, secure gateways. Your card info is never stored.

Can I pay via EFT manually?

Yes. Select “EFT” at checkout. Banking details will be provided, and your order ships once proof of payment is received.

Do you accept lay-by or pay-later options?

Not yet — but we’re working on offering Mobicred or PayJustNow soon.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices listed on the site include VAT. VAT invoices are provided after checkout.

What if my payment fails?
